“Good service, lots of new kids, not expensive, reasonable price. Beautiful girls and service!”

This is an actual online review of a suspected sex trafficking location in the Philippines.

So, Global Outreach Foundation missionary Jack (not his real name), and his team went to investigate the establishment. Tragically and conservatively, an estimated 60,000 children are sex trafficked each year in the Philippines!

Unfortunately, the review’s claims were true. Thankfully, enough evidence was gathered to schedule a rescue operation in cooperation with local authorities.

Operation Teddy Bear

In a separate investigation, ten-year-old June (name changed) was being sold by her mother for online perversions. The team did their research, involved local police, and “Operation Teddy Bear” was launched.

Over dinner and games at a local pizzeria, June giggled like the little girl she is and shared her dream of becoming a doctor. Little did she know the nightmare her mother had planned for her.

10-yr. old June was rescued in this Filipino pizza place as her Mom was selling her to be a sex slave.

Once the food and June were paid for, June’s life of sexual exploitation was to escalate from online to in-person. But all that was about to change. Operation Teddy Bear was confirmed and rescue was at hand.

A team of police and social workers waited outside, ready to move once June came out the door. June was rescued and her mother arrested.

June is now free from the danger of sexual exploitation and trafficking. She is being cared for by trained workers to help her recover from her deep trauma. Through this care and future support, let’s pray one day June will live her dream of becoming a doctor.

A Well Executed Mission

In the span of a few weeks, Jack and his team executed 3 different rescue missions.

  • 27 victimes rescued
  • 5 traffickers arrested

As investigators and social workers learn more from each victim, additional arrests will be made and trustfully more trafficking rings will be shut down.

Thank You!

Your prayers and support are setting people free! You are providing healing! Praise the Lord!
