Shannon co-founded Global Outreach Foundation in 2004 and serves as its President.  

Joseph combines his passion for missions with experience as an air traffic controller and program manager. 

Together, Joseph and Shannon now: 

• Administratively support the organization’s global workers
• Train future ministers through the Shepherd School
• Preach and teach internationally
• Lead overseas mission trips
• Disciple numerous individuals and church leaders

Shannon holds a Masters of Divinity from the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary, is ordained through Pray-Tell Ministries, and holds nearly 30 years nonprofit and ministry experience.

Joseph is a mighty Bible teacher who also serves as an elder on the board of Park Fellowship Church in Estes Park, CO.
